Exceptional service when we needed it most! We ended up at this hotel by chance after a midnight booking mishap elsewhere, and it was the best thing that could have happened. The front desk staff greeted us at 1:30 AM with kindness and efficiency. The rooms were lovely and well-maintained, and every staff member we encountered was professional and polite. We were so impressed that we wished we could have extended our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Really good hotel, especially for the price. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern, and having free parking right outside is very convenient. The pool area is well designed and gives the place a relaxed feel. The only, small, downside was the 'free breakfast' - it turned out to be just fruit, which wasn’t made clear when I made the booking.

The reception team welcomed us with genuine smiles, professionalism, and kindness that immediately made us feel at home. The bar team was absolutely amazing! The bartenders were highly professional, friendly, energetic, and full of positive vibes. Every drink was prepared with care, precision, and attention to detail. They were always smiling, offering great recommendations, and creating a perfect atmosphere. The restaurant waiters also deserve huge compliments. Their service was top-level attentive, fast, patient, and truly caring. They were always happy to help with any request, and we genuinely felt they were serving us from the heart, not just doing their job. Room service was precise and professional, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and it was clear that high standards are a priority here. The food was high quality, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We enjoyed every single meal. And of course, a very special thank you to the manager, Gent. She was exceptional — professional, attentive, caring, and truly dedicated. She personally made sure we had everything we needed and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. We were treated perfectly, every small detail was taken care of, and we truly felt valued. We booked this place last minute after another hotel we booked turned out to be not quite what was promised. We booked a Junior Suite and the price was reasonable. The place seems new or recently renovated and our room had a modern woody yet spacious design. The place is at Cancun's outskirts and you need a car to get there. Parking is available around the hotel. To our surprise the front desk told us that breakfast was included which is why we decided to give it a try. But the waiter told us that we have an orange juice/coffee and a small plate of fruits included. All the other breakfast meals were à la carte and charged. Personally, this felt a bit like a scam to me but eventually we still ordered a charged breakfast as the prices were not much higher than when eating in another place outside the hotel. The checkout procedure was quite time-consuming as they were actually checking our rooms before we were allowed to leave. I think there is also a nice rooftop pool but as we only stayed for one night we did not use any facilities other than the room.

Service is excellent! Everyone is so nice and attentive. The location is great! You have all the services near to the hotel. The bar has a beautiful view, the pool area is great! The only thing that I suggest to improve is the "free" breakfast, including in your reservation.

Unbeatable value if you prefer room size > location on a budget I paid $50 a night via trip.com and was impressed by the size and modernity of the rooms. The gym was small but clean and modern. The pool doesn’t get much sunlight, it’s mostly in the shade throughout the day, so don’t expect much sunbathing opportunity. The sauna/steam room and temezcal were seemingly out of use The staff were polite and attentive. If you’re looking for a large room for a good price and don’t need to be in the downtown. This is well worth the price. 5/5

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS I HAVE STAYED AT IN MEXICO. This is my first review of this hotel. Despite earlier reviews I had read, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms are of the highest standard. The cuisine is excellent—the best steak I have ever had. I met the manager personally; he pays attention to every detail. The staff are outstanding. I truly do not understand the previous comments. From what I understand, the service has been completely renewed. It is a hotel group, and based on my experience I highly recommend it — 5 stars.

Hard to go to anywhere to the city, because it is fsr from the center. Airport is close but 700 MXN a 15-minute drive. The room was spacious, comfortable bed. We had a 2-level suite which was amazing. Unfortunatelly in december, you can sunbathing only between 11-13, because the sun dont shine there. The large pool hadnt got any sunny place. The kitchen was empty, we didnt get any equipment. We called the reception, but they send only 1 more glass. No washing liquid, pan or any other stuff to make a proper breakfast. The hotel and staff were nice, the room is huge, quite. But the services are not the best. I cant say you get free breakfast, because you get toast with maple syrup, some fruits and small muffins, coffee and fresh juice. Thats it. Or you can buy a la carte breakfast, but it is overpriced.
